What we do

Services

Five service lines, each scoped as a project with a defined outcome or as an advisory retainer with a fixed monthly commitment.

Cloud and platform architecture

EgosTech designs and reviews platforms on AWS, IONOS Cloud, and Hetzner, running Kubernetes or Docker Swarm, and works on the parts that are expensive to get wrong: network and account topology, identity and access, cost and capacity, and the delivery pipelines that put changes into production. Infrastructure is defined in code and handed over, so your own team can run it without us.

This usually runs as a platform review with a written findings report, or a build delivered against an agreed architecture.

Site reliability and operations

We set up the signals that show a system is degrading before users notice, define on-call and escalation the team can follow, and run post-incident reviews that produce tracked actions. The aim is availability that holds up when traffic is heaviest.

Often an operational readiness review, or hands-on help through a specific reliability problem.

Security, compliance and data sovereignty

Information security reviews, GDPR-aligned data handling, and architectures that keep sensitive data on infrastructure you control. This matters most for regulated work and for public-sector data that should stay in the country. The controls draw on years of running systems under European Central Bank and BaFin supervision, so they are proportionate to the risk.

A security review of how data moves through the system, or design support for a sovereign deployment.

Engineering leadership

EgosTech takes on advisory, interim, or fractional platform and DevOps leadership, remote or on-site: setting technical direction, fixing delivery pipelines and quality gates, and coaching leads so the improvement holds after the engagement ends. It draws on years of full-time platform and DevOps leadership at senior level.

Delivered as an interim or advisory technical-lead role over a defined period.

Transformation and operating model

EgosTech reshapes how an organisation is structured: its operating model, how its teams work, and the training that keeps the change in place after the programme ends. It draws on years of transformation and operating-model work, including the DevOps transformation at Deutsche Bank, which covered a target operating model, a maturity assessment, and an internal DevOps school.

Typically an operating-model design, a ways-of-working review, or a team-enablement programme.

How engagements run

Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation and a written proposal that states the outcome, the time it takes, and the price. Most work is a fixed-scope project or a monthly retainer.
